Psychiatric Centre

This Centre is planned, but not financed at the new hospital. If constructed it will have functions for acute, geriatric and short-term psychiatric care.

The centre forms part of the Sør-Trøndelag Psychiatric Hospitals development plan for adult psychiatric care in Sør-Trøndelag county.

Other psychiatric functions will be located at the Østmarka centre in Trondheim.

The centre is not a direct part of Phase 2 of the building programme, but is included in the total hospital plans.
